This combination is definitely one of my favorites! Anything lemon blueberry and I am there! Lemon blueberry is probably the most refreshing combo I can imagine so this lemon blueberry thyme spritzer makes for the PERFECT summer cocktail.

This recipe is quick, simple and SO refreshing! Muddle up the blueberries, add the vodka, lemon, and tonic water and add a sprig of thyme and viola!

Ingredients for a Lemon Blueberry Thyme

• Lemon
• Blueberry
• Lemon Thyme
• Vodka
• Tonic Water

How to make a Lemon Blueberry Thyme

• First, muddle the blueberries
• Add ice to cup and pour in the blueberries
• Pour in the vodka
• Squeeze in the lemon and stir
• Top off with tonic water
• Garnish with lemon thyme

• 2 oz Vodka
• 1/2 Lemon
• Tonic Water top off
• Lemon Thyme for garnish
