Peaches of course! There’s nothing like biting into a perfectly ripe summer peach. I like to cut up peaches and stawberries for a little summetime fruit salad.

The 2nd best part about summer?

Summer cocktails of course, ESPECIALLY with peach.

What is a bourbon smash?

Typically its a mixed drink with delicious slices of fruit and complementary herbs smashed together and mixed in with some bourbon. It is flexible depending on what fruit and herbs you have, so today I picked peach and mint!

Ingredients for a Peach Bourbon Smash

• Ripe juicy peaches
• Peach Juice
• Bourbon
• Mint

How to make a Peach Bourbon Smash

• First, add ice to your cup
• Pour in the bourbon
• Add the peach juice and mint then stir
• Add in peach slices and garnish with one slice

• 1 Peach
• 6 oz Peach Juice
• 3 Mint Leaves chopped

• Add in peach slices and garnish with one slice
• Enjoy!
