Fig, Goat Cheese, and Arugula Flatbread
This ready-made flatbread with goat cheese, prosciutto, fresh figs and fresh arugula topped with a balsamic glaze will have you drooling for another piece!

- 1 Naan style flatbread
- 1 tbs Minced Garlic
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 2 oz Goat Cheese
- 4 pieces Proscuitto torn into pieces
- 7-8 Fresh figs sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Arugula
- Balsamic Glaze
Preheat oven to 375
Spread minced garlic onto flatbred
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and goat cheese evenly
Add pieces of prosciutto
Bake for 7 min
Evenly place sliced figs and top with fresh arugula
Drizzle Balsamic Glaze
Cut into even squares
