Fig, Goat Cheese, and Arugula Flatbread

This ready-made flatbread with goat cheese, prosciutto, fresh figs and fresh arugula topped with a balsamic glaze will have you drooling for another piece!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Naan style flatbread
  • 1 tbs Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 oz Goat Cheese
  • 4 pieces Proscuitto torn into pieces
  • 7-8 Fresh figs sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Arugula
  • Balsamic Glaze

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Spread minced garlic onto flatbred
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and goat cheese evenly
  • Add pieces of prosciutto
  • Bake for 7 min
  • Evenly place sliced figs and top with fresh arugula
  • Drizzle Balsamic Glaze
  • Cut into even squares
  • Enjoy!
